NIA FILES CHARGE SHEET AGAINST ZAKIR NAIK , AND DETAILS ABOUT HIS SPEECHS AND ASSTES ARE SHOCKING
On Thursday , India’s premier terror investigation agency , National Investigation Agency (NIA) has found that Islamic preacher and so called scholar Zakir Abdul Karim Naik was maliciously inciting communal violence amongst different religious groups. NIA has confirmed that Zakir Naik had insulted Hindu , Christian and Non-Wahabi Muslims beliefs.

The investigation agency has also revealed that there are 19 immovable assets of the Islamic Scholar which are worth 104 cr rupees like land and building.
NIA’S CHARGESHEET
The chargesheet includes a speechs given by Zakir Naik at different occasions. Notable speeches include , speeches given in September 2012 , during the Ganpati festival and another speech in Srinagar that was uploaded to his Facebook account.
According to NIA , nine speeches had communally sensitive and inflammatory content which could have propelled communal riots.
Zakir Naik along with his organizations have been booked under several sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 (penalty for being a member of an unlawful organization) of the unlawful activities prevention act.
Investigation also establishes that Zakir Naik’s inflammatory speeches were purposely circulated via electronic which can be viewed across the globe.
The chargesheet also says that Zakir and his associates have been promoting enmity and hatred amongst different religions and indoctrinating Muslim youths and luting them to join terrorist organization, this came to light after the post terror attacks of the Dhaka Terrorist Attack proved that the attackers were very much influenced by the Muslim Scholar Zakir Naik and his pro wahabi speeches.
These activities are causing disaffection against the government of India are prejudicial to the harmony amongst communities and are likely to disturb tranquility.
