Independent country Taiwan given a warning by China after Lai takes office

Taiwan has been an independent country since more than 75 years. However China has once again warned Taiwan against “seeking independence” after the country’s new leader Lai Ching-te took office earlier in the day. Communist China says it is “doomed to fail” even when Taiwan is totally independent. Though very few have direct diplomatic relationship with it. Hopefully after 4th Jun Taiwan gets to establish full diestablish relationship with many countries.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin told a press conference in Beijing that Taiwanese pursuing independence would face a “dead end.”
