What happens if Joe Biden doesn’t quit from election race?

Following last week’s debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, key figures in the Democratic Party and their allies in the American media, including members of the Biden family, especially Jill Biden and Hunter Biden, have started showing signs of panic. The 81-year-old Biden’s mental and physical inability to remain in office for another four years was fully exposed to voters and the political spectrum in the country.

Through this debate, the bitter truth of Biden suffering from cognitive decline has been fully revealed, which has been tactfully concealed from public attention by Democrats, members of the US administration, and media outlets. As a result, people have already started talking about replacing Joe Biden with a suitable candidate who can face Donald Trump on November 5.

Commenting on Biden’s performance during the debate, Van Jones, a former official in the Obama administration and CNN analyst, said: “He had a test to meet tonight to restore confidence in the country and of the base, and he failed to do that. We’re still far from our convention. And there is time for this party to figure out a different way forward”.

According to analysts from the Democratic Party, although Biden did land a few blows on his predecessor over Trump’s various personal indiscretions and the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the US Capitol, saying at one point, “you’ve got the morals of an alley cat”, it was not enough to persuade many skeptics that Biden is capable of fighting off the Trump campaign, not to mention performing the duties of US commander-in-chief – the hardest job in the world – for another four years.

They said, if polls over the weekend show Biden is losing support after his dreadful debate performance, which seems highly likely, the move to replace him as the Democrats’ candidate will become even more intense and, ultimately, irresistible.

Meanwhile, despite a series of unimaginable intimidations and continuous legal, political, and even personal attacks – indictments and convictions -former US President Donald J. Trump remains a force in American politics, who is shown by multiple polls as winning a landslide in the November 5, 2024 presidential election, defeating his rival and maintaining a commanding lead in polls.

Former Trump White House official Garrett Ziegler, the founder of Marco Polo, who has been exposing the crimes of the members of the Biden Crime Family as well as details of Hunter Biden’s scandalous laptop, noted in a Telegram post: “Every corrupt force in American life HATES TRUMP. That is the best endorsement for 2024. The ONLY one he needs, as a matter of fact”.

According to the World Tribune, “What a large proportion of American voters believe is that Biden is an old man with dementia who should be in a nursing home, with a sign around his neck with his name and phone number in case he wanders away. Everyone sees it – even Democrat voters. Biden can no longer do the job. But that’s just his mental health. People believe his actual life is fading away as well. It’s far from certain if Biden can even survive another year, let alone another term”.

It further stated, “Next, we come to the crimes of Joe Biden. He is the single most corrupt politician in the history of America. And for the first time, everyone sees it. The preponderance of evidence is beyond overwhelming. The story gets worse every day. Democrats cannot take a chance on putting Biden on the ballot, while all his extortion, bribery, and treason are flooding out of the closet”.

Despite these odds and his disastrous performance in the debate, alongside withering criticism from his party, Biden remains in control of his fate. He won 99 percent of the pledged delegates in the Democratic primary process earlier this year, meaning he is entitled to the nomination. As a result, any decision to move to a different candidate starts with Biden himself. He should willingly leave the race. Otherwise, Democrats will have no choice but to stick with Biden as their candidate. And one of the most disturbing facts for Democrats is that Joe Biden is a very stubborn individual. He may not be the smartest, most talented politician or even physically and mentally fit, but he is dogged and relentless in his ambitions.

We need to remember – Joe Biden ran for president twice before his success in 2020. He didn’t let a brain aneurysm, plagiarism charges, familial dramas, or personal tragedy stop him from seeking the highest office in the land. The day after the debate with Trump, he shook his fist at a campaign event in North Carolina and asserted, “When you get knocked down, you get back up”.

Meanwhile, persuading Biden to step down would require collaboration with his wife, First Lady Jill Biden. “Dr. Jill”, as she is known, has taken a hands-on role in managing the president’s daily life and public appearances. In this case, it is well-assumed that members of the Biden family, especially Jill Biden, will never let Joe Biden quit the race. They will encourage him to fight the battle of the ballot on November 5, 2024, stating that American voters shall reject Donald Trump because of his indictment, conviction, and series of financial and personal scandals. Even during the debate, Biden reminded Trump of his relations with adult movie star Stormy Daniels. Although Trump denied having any physical relations with Daniels, he could not simply say, “I don’t know that woman!”

Commenting on Biden quitting the race, political analysts say there are very few Democratic Party elders who can be influential with the Bidens. The list probably starts and stops with former President Barack Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. If those two go to the First Lady and forcefully urge Biden’s withdrawal, it could be very difficult to resist.

The road ahead for Joe Biden and the Democratic Party is fraught with uncertainty and challenges. With growing concerns over his cognitive health, mounting criticism from within his party, and an emboldened Donald Trump poised for a potential comeback, the pressure on Biden to step down has never been greater. As the Democratic leadership contemplates the future, the decision to replace Biden with a more robust candidate may prove crucial for their chances in the upcoming election. The stakes could not be higher, and the party’s actions in the coming months will likely shape the trajectory of American politics for years to come. Whether Biden chooses to bow out gracefully or fight to the bitter end, one thing is clear: the 2024 presidential race is set to be one of the most contentious and pivotal in modern history. The Democrats must navigate this delicate situation with both strategic acumen and integrity, for the outcome will not only determine their political fate but also the future direction of the nation.
