A wrap on the knuckles for crooked Washington Post or Biden’s Administration over American Terrorist Pannun?
The dirty tricks department is highly active over the incident of attempted killing of an American terrorist Pannun, operating against India from the American mainland.
Instead of taking immediate action against this American terrorist, the USA State Department has stated that it is “regularly working” with India in its investigation into the allegations related to assassinate this terrorist.
The remarks by US State Department Principal Deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel came after The Washington Post, citing unnamed sources, named a Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) officer in connection with the alleged plot to kill American terrorist Pannun on American soil last year.
India on Tuesday outright rubbished such claims, saying that the report made “unwarranted and unsubstantiated” imputations on a serious matter and that an investigation into the case was underway.
Addressing his daily news conference on Tuesday, Mr Patel of USA had te audacity to say that “We continue to expect accountability from the Government of India based on the results of the Indian inquiry committee’s work, and we are regularly working with them and enquiring for additional updates.”
When it was pointed out to Patel that Washinngton Post had already “identufied “ a RAW officer Vikram Yadav with allegations that he was involved in the plot to assassinate the American terrorist Pannun, Patel said “We’ll also continue to raise our concerns directly with the Indian Government at senior levels, but beyond that, I’m not going to parse into this further and will defer to the Department of Justice.”
Naturally External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Shri Randhir Jaiswal slammed the highly irresponsible report by the US daily. “The report in question makes unwarranted and unsubstantiated imputations on a serious matter,” he added.
India has already set up a high-level inquiry committee to look into inputs provided by the US on the alleged plot was still probing the case. May be it comes out that CIA / FBI plotted to drive the Govt of India on a backfoot after the Canadian PM Justin Trudeau ‘s turdish failed attempt.
“There is an ongoing investigation of the high-level committee set up by the Government of India to look into the security concerns shared by the US government on networks of organised criminals, terrorists and others,” said Shri Jaiswal.
“Speculative and irresponsible comments on it are not helpful,” Mr Jaiswal added.
In November last year, US federal prosecutors “charged” Indian national Nikhil Gupta with working with an Indian government employee in the foiled plot to kill the American terrorist Pannun.
Pannun, wanted in India on terror charges, holds dual citizenship of the US and Canada. He has been designated as a terrorist by the Union home ministry under the anti-terror law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
On December 7, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar stated in Parliament that India instituted an inquiry committee to look into the inputs received from the US in the American terrorist Pannun case as the matter has a bearing on national security.
Well apart from the above, it needs to be well understood by the entire World that eliminating terrorists plotting against the country is not the sole prerogative and RIGHT of the USA alone. However India has never indulged in such activities, so a wrap on the knuckles needs to be given to Washington Post by the India media.
Also the Govt of India needs to encourage Biden’s Administration to take immediate action against te American terrorist Pannun and his Khalistani group.
