Arunachal Pradesh an Integral Part of India, Chinese Claim Like Claiming Mars

China fails to realise that Arunachal Pradesh is physically and legally an integral part of India. The claim of the Chinese Communist Party on Arunachal Pradesh is merely a claim, which India too can make on adjoining parts of Tibet, in case it desires –

China should be clear that Arunachal Pradesh is an integral and inalienable part of India. India has no borders with China. Our border is with Tibet which is presently under illegal and forceful occupation of PLA of Communist Party of China. In case they continue to play such claim games then we too can reciprocate with following options singly or in combination:

Establish full diplomatic relationship with Tibet Government in Exile

After bilateral talks, finalize and demarcate the Indo Tibetan border on Map.

Mark the Indo Tibetan border with pillars on areas which is under Control of India

Sign treaty with Govt of Tibet for Indians to visit Mansarovar and Mount Kailash areas without any Visa

Enhance our trade, Commerce and cultural relationship with Taiwan

Support Quighers in their fight for their Human Rights

In case of any aggression by PLA across-the LAC, help Tibetans to establish a free enclave in Gar County, Bayi district and Nedong district of PLA Occupied Tibet

After illegally occupying Tibet by 1960, Beijing had accepted the MacMohanline as border between India and Tibet. Next in 1962 China attacked India and PLA Troops crossed entire State and reached the Arunachal- Assam borders. However they knew that till then they had encountered just two ill equipped infantry brigades. Though now the Indian Army was getting mobilized. So before 5 infantry Division and 2 Infantry could mobilize, get converted into Mountain Divisions and take back Arunachal, PLA withdrew unilaterally behind the McMahon Line.

However to suit their settlement of borders with Myanmar, they once again rejected the McMahon line saying that it was just an imperialist legacy of the British. Chinese talk of history but conveniently forgot the Indian history since the Vedic era and the importance of Mansarovar and Kailash Parvat.

China went on to say that it rejects the McMahon Line, the boundary between China and India, and called it “illegal” and “unacceptable”, for the following reasons: first, the Sino-Indian boundary has never been properly demarcated; no treaty or agreement has been made between the Chinese Central Government and the government of India.”

Well keep rejecting, who is bothered, now we are determined too play the game. Also why should we have a boundary agreement with Govt of China for Indo Tibet border. It will be done between Govt of India and Givt of Tibet. Yes, Govt of India will be ready to help and in foreseeable future may insist to help negotiate the boundary between China and Tibet.

Initially, China only laid claim to the Tawang region of Arunachal Pradesh. Since the 1980s, however, Beijing has started claiming all of Arunachal Pradesh as part of its ‘South Tibet’ territory. Chinese maps have played the gimmick of renaming some locations in Arunachal Pradesh. The Chinese Ministry of Aviation in December 2021, even played a game and standardised the names of 15 locations in Arunachal Pradesh…. will naming the Indian Ocean as China Ocean achieve anything ?? However India naming South China Sea as Natuna Sea or some parts of it as Phillipines sea will really standardize things in South East Asia and Indo Pacific………..let’s start the game.

China has most stupidly also condemned the visit of Indian leaders and the Dalai Lama to Arunachal Pradesh. We’ll we Indians too condemn not only visit of Chinese leaders to Tibet but also the presence of all officials of Govt of China in any part of Tibet.

In recent times, Beijing’s objection was noted against Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh in October 2021. China’s opposition was laughed at by the rest of the World as Arunachal Pradesh is a state of India. The Ministry of External Affairs of India rightly pointed out : “Objecting to the visit of Indian leaders to a state of India does not stand to reason and understanding of the Indian people”.

Recently, it was reported that despite the recent Tawang face-off between the Indian and Chinese soldiers in the Yangtse area, the local villagers of Zemithang are not worried about such type of incident and they have full confidence in the Union government and the Indian Army.

Zemithang with a population of about 5,000 is the last village in India. It is located in Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang district and is just 10 km away from the LAC. Zemithang is the last border village of Arunachal Pradesh along the Indo-China border.

Today the Eastern Army of India is not only ready to thwart all actions of PLA but also capable of taking the battle into Tibet and help establish a free Tibetan Enclave.
