Big Blow To Turnbull Government After Shock High Court Ruling
Barnaby Joyce and four senator ruled ineligible to stand in parliament due to his dual citizenship which he inherited from his Father A New Zealand Citizenship.
Why this is bad for the present Turnbull Government because its already running razor thing on Majority and now a bye election will be contested. Barnaby Joyce was the deputy prime minister of Australia under the present Liberal government headed by Malcolm Turnbull.
Mr Joyce has referred himself to court but stayed in the government as he said it was deemed safe for him to remain in the parliament.
He now joins among five MP’s knocked down by the court today .
