Meen Biryani
Meen Biryani is a classic South Indian version of Biryani prepared with fish instead of chicken or any other meat. Extremely popular in Kerala, Meen Biryani is packed with spice coated fishes, layered on a bed of rice, fried cashews and caramelised onions. Some people also add grated coconut and black kokum to make the Biryani more flavourful.
