China Creates Border Tension in Galwan Valley Of Ladakh To Divert Pressure From Wuhan Virus

Irked by India’s rapid progress in developing its border infrastructure, Chinese Occupation Forces have been crossing into India across the Indo Tibetan boundary line in the Galwan Valley region to retch up tension. India has built up road in thia area, well inside its own territory and not in Chinese Occupied areas. However the Chinese border occupation troops’ during their patrol activities, have purposefully instigated conflicts and attempted to raise tensions.

In a fresh flare up in tensions along the Indo Tibetan border, the Chinese Occupation troops’ new move, in order to create a military crisis inside the Indian territory is to start a fresh Doklam type stand off. Though they forgot to take into account the strong determination and resolve of the the Indo Tibetan Border Police backed by the Indian Army.

Indian troops have now increased their presence and beefed up their strength for proper border control and made necessary moves in response to Chinese illegal entry across the border into Indian territory in the Galwan Valley region.

The latest border friction started by the Chinese side may lead to another “Doklam standoff” which brought serious tensions between China and India in 2017. It seems China is doing it purposely to divert its domestic attention and pressure since the Wuhan virus pandemic impacted its economy, even though China has no military advantage in the Galwan Valley region. It is just trying to test the political Will Power of New Delhi.

The Galwan Valley region is Indian territory, and the local border control situation was very clear. The actions by the Chinese side have not only seriously violated the existing agreements on border issues, but have also violated Indian territorial sovereignty and harmed military relations between the two countries.

“The Chinese government is being pressured both internationally and by powerful dissenters within the country due to the unsuccessful handling of the Wuhan Virus pandemic, and while the number of confirmed cases is lower than the US the impact on its economy is serious. Most of the international companies are now pulling out of China.

US multinational investment bank Goldman Sachs predicts that the Chinese economy will experience a recession and will no more remain an international Supply hub.

On the contrary the popularity of the Indian Government and PM Modi remains high due to handling of the Chinese created havoc not only internally but also in most parts of Asia and Africa. and India has received international accolades received for this.

The government is taking all actions to overcome economic challenges. “So, the Chinese government decided to hype the border issue with India again since it’s easy to divert the domestic attention by hyping such things.

In the future, it could even use it to bargain with India for certain concessions in other fields.

As per Indian defence experts, China intends to make such border frictions a new normal, because it has road advantages to send troops to the border regions frequently. Although India won’t provoke China, their military won’t stop their small operations in order to needle the Indian military. This will be a prolonged issue between the two countries.

According to sources, the border troops of China and India are now in touch with each other on the current situation through meetings and representations.

China and India hadexperienced a 72-day military standoff in Doklam in 2017. Since then, measures have been taken to avoid another similar major incident.

The two countries’ leaders had two informal meetings and agreed both sides will continue to maintain peace and tranquility in border areas and work on additional confidence-building measures through consultation.
