Double Talk: China wants to invade Taiwan but advices India not to liberate PoK militarily

China has been threatening Taiwan an independent Nation with military invasion, so as to capture it and make it a province of China. It is even ready to risk a war with USA on this issue.

The same China says that India and Pakistan should resolve the Kashmir issue through dialogue and consultations and avoid taking “unilateral actions” that could further complicate the situation. Replying to a question on the Kashmir issue raised by a Pakistani journalist, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning during a media briefing here said that China’s position on the issue of Kashmir has been “consistent and clear cut”.

“The Kashmir issue, a dispute left from the past, needs to be resolved peacefully and appropriately in accordance with the UN Charter, Security Council resolutions and relevant bilateral agreement,” she said.

“Parties concerned need to avoid unilateral moves that may complicate the situation.Efforts should be made to settle the dispute through dialogue and consultation so as to maintain regional peace and stability,” she said.

Mao Ning forgets that there is no dispute on Jammu & Kashmir for except the illegal occupation of a part of J & K by Pakistan which includes Shakshagam presently under illegal occupation of China. To resolve the dispute Pakistan must vacate PoK immediately or be ready for a forceful action by India. Action by India will be initiated at the time of its own choosing.

India has always rejected any third party intervention on the Kashmir issue, be it USA, European countries, China or any other fresh upstarts. All matters related to the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir are entirely its internal affairs.

Other countries including UN have no locus standi to comment. They should note that India refrains from the public judgment of their internal issues.

Relations between India and Pakistan have been strained over the cross-border terrorism emanating from Pakistan to create disturbances in the Union Territory.

After India abrogated Article 370 of its Constitution, revoking the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcating the state into two Union Territories on August 5, 2019, Pakistan has hardly any bilateral relationship at diplomatic and economic level.

Following India’s decision, Pakistan downgraded diplomatic ties with New Delhi and expelled the Indian envoy.

Trade ties between Pakistan and India have largely been frozen since then. However it is jumping around when India has announced that it will not send its Cricket team to Pakistan for the World Cup.

Well Pakistan Cricket Board cannot be permitted to make money while Indian Army, Central Police Forces and civilian citizens of India keep fighting and become casualty of Pakistan sponsored terrorism. Pay back time is here and it will be applied across the board.

India has repeatedly told Pakistan that Jammu and Kashmir “was, is and shall forever” remain an integral part of the country. India has said it desires normal neighbourly relations with Pakistan in an environment free of terror, hostility, and violence.
