India continues to expect accountability from Biden Government on Terrorist Pannun

India must ensure full accountability from USA Govt regarding its continued protection being given to its citizens Gurpatwant Singh Pannun who is a proclaimed terrorist freely operating against India from American soil,

Govt of India must demand a full investigation as to which American intelligence outfit / Civil Agency is providing establishment support to this proclaimed terrorist to operate for the Khalistan terror group.

Indian Foreign Ministry must take up this point directly with the US State Department directly at the level of the Deputy Secretary of State and above.

Indians of all hue continue to expect accountability from the Government of USA, in relation to an alleged role of an USA citizen who has been declared a terrorist as per due process of law but is being permitted to live and operate against India from American soil without any hindrance.

In fact there was an attempt to assassinate this US terrorist on US soil itself. Thereafter the USA officials started blaming and accusing Indian intelligence outfit for this failed attempt.

The Justice Department even made a bizarre claim that an Indian government employee (named CC-1), who was not identified in the indictment filed in a federal court in Manhattan, recruited an Indian national named Nikhil Gupta to hire a hitman to carry out the assassination, which was foiled by US authorities, according to prosecutors.

There after the Biden Administration accused an Indian national Nikhil Gupta of being involved in the alleged failed murder plot of American citizen a pro-Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Earlier in June, the Biden administration arm twisted the Czech Republic to extradited Gupta from the Czech Republic to the US to stand trial, where he naturally pleaded ‘not guilty.’

The US Justice Department has alleged that Gupta (52) is an associate of the Indian government and that together they and others helped plot the assassination of terrorist Pannun in New York City.

Being asked about a media report on another assassination attempt on Pannun in Canada, Patel an American spokesman cleverly said, “The news out of Canada, I would refer you to the Canadian government to comment on issues that are happening within their law enforcement system.”

Pannun is an American terrorist who holds American and Canadian citizenship. Earlier in November, the US Justice Department unsealed an indictment against an Indian national for his alleged involvement in a foiled plot to assassinate a US-based leader of the Sikh Separatist Movement and a citizen in New York. The charges contained in the indictment are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, the Justice Department stated.

The Ministry of External Affairs said that India takes such inputs seriously since they impinge on national security interests as well, and relevant departments were already examining the issue.

However the American administrations needs to be encouraged to consider the following points very actively :

*Govt of India is not involved in such extra judicial killings, unlike Govt of USA.

* However just like USA, even India has the right to eliminate any terrorist operating against India aka OSAMA BIN LADEN, even if that terrorist is an American citizen.

* Pannun must be etradited to India by USA authorities themselves at the earliest.
