Instead of Plebiscite, Indian Election Commission will hold general elections in PoK, Gilgit and Baltistan

Pakistan’s parliament instead of debating their own internal problems, has once again poked it’s nose into internal affairs of India.
It has passed a resolution for Nth time urging India to implement the UN Security Council resolutions to “allow Kashmiris to exercise their democratic right” to determine their future through a plebiscite under the UN auspices. India has repeatedly told the UN, the rest of the rest of the World in general and Pakistan
In particular that entire Jammu and Kashmir including POK, Gilgit, Baltistan and Shakshagam Valley was, is and shall forever remain an integral part of the country.
So now, Minister for Kashmir Affairs Amir Muqam who moved the resolution that reaffirmed Pakistan’s “unwavering moral, political and diplomatic support” for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination, must initiate a new debate.
He should ask Paki legislature to approve the draft proposal of peaceful transfer of all parts of the of J& K which is presently under illegal occupation of Pakistan, to India.
Now India is resolute in its determination to re integrate POK, Gilgit, Baltistan and Shakhsagam Valley with rest of the Indian Union. In case required India will not hesitate in using the necessary force required.
However this will be done at the time of its own choosing. Amir Muqam the Minister of what sounds a department for supporting terrorism inside India, said the UN must play its role in resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute and reiterated that the people of Pakistan stand firmly by their Kashmiri brothers and sisters.
Well sooner than later Amir Bhai will be running to UN for playing its role in requesting the Afghan Government to respect the Durand Line. He will also be begging for a impartial plebiscite in Pak Occupied Balochistan.
This is, not the first time that such a resolution has been passed in Pakistan but the reason for Tuesday’s resolution is not yet clear.
The Paki Parliament resolution should instead call on its own Government to improve the human rights situation in the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Pakistan Occupied Balochistan ; release detained leaders, and revoke all oppressive laws.
The Indian Parliament has already abrogated the temporary Article 370 of its Constitution, revoking the temporary special status of the state of Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcating it into two Union Territories on August 5, 2019.
Next the Indian Election Commission carried out increase of assembly seats as per law and catered for seats in POK, Gilgit, Baltistan and Shakshagam too.
Next the Election Commission has carried out both Parliamentary and Assembly election except for ares under illegal occupation of Pakistan.
This too will be done in the foreseeable future. Meanwhile the Election Commission may try and fill these 24 vacant seats through POSTAL BALLOTS.
All eligible voters from these areas temporarily staying in other countries can be asked to register themselves as voters.
