Khalistani Bid Have A Jallianwala on 26 Jan foiled

A reckless and foolish young man recklessly driving a tractor at very high speed deliberately crashed his tractor and After Being Injured grievously soon succumbed to his injuries. The entire nation has seen his reckless driving, ramming into police barriers because of his own indiscretion and dying as a consequence. Some politicians who have no love lost for the people of India are trying to call this youth a SHAHEED. Such politicians need solid kicks and nothing less. Such criminal and anti national Acts cannot be permitted to be glorified by any one.

More than a score of cases have already been registered in connection to the violence unleashed in Delhi, and the investigation has been assigned to the Crime Branch. All the scientific tools for investigation are being used …CCTV footage, TV footage, videos are being analyzed with facial-recognition software, —to identify the key ringleaders. Look out notices must be announced on them and dedicated teams formed to go after These Criminals. Such criminals should be taught a lesson: the sanctity of the Republic Day and the Tricolour are non-negotiable.

Lakha Sidhana and Deep Sidhu delivered incendiary speeches, which are on record; provisions under the MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act) must be invoked to confiscate all their movable and immovable property. Affiliation to any political party of these criminals should have no bearing in acting against these criminals. In fact action should be taken to dear such political parties unless they immediately expel such criminals.

The planned violence near the Red Fort on Republic Day is an eye-opener and it holds lessons for the law-enforcement agencies and the police.

Any crowd has the potential to turn hostile, more so, if it is lead by people with criminal mindset.
In this case, adding fuel to the fire were the irresponsible statements made by certain leaders for political advantage.
The violence comes in the backdrop of undesirable elements infiltrating the protests—earlier, posters of Umar Khalid, among others, were seen at a protest site—and that should not have gone unnoticed.

In future preventive arrests must be made, and proactive action taken under Sections 107 and 116(3) of The Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).

It was a common sense anticipation that protesters once allowed inside Delhi would surely turn into a damaging mob. Hence the Delhi Police’s 37-point directive to the protesters should have been issued atleast a Week Back instead of 25 Jan. These could not be implemented at a short notice for an agitation of such magnitude.

The rallies should also have been escorted by police right from the border, that way the farmers would not have lost their way (as some unions have claimed). Contingency plans should have been worked out for various scenarios.

In spite of all the above Delhi Police must be complimented for showing exemplary restraint, not using lethal weapons against the protesters.

It would have given if ammunition to anti nationals to term the Government as NAZIS AND criticism against the action would have lasted for a long time, which was the game plan of Pakistan and Khalistan supporters. They wanted to turn January 26 into another Jallianwala Bagh and brand the police commissioner General Dyer.

By Now most of The protesters have been fully exposed and should be sorted out severely. Though the Government of India must take all actions to further consolidate the Farmers Bill and make it as farmer friendly as possible. At the same time the middle ment must be regulated as strongly as the Brokers in the Share bazaar.
