Nearly third of Americans see both Trump, Biden as ineffective leaders
As many as 35% opined that Trump would be a good president, while the number was 30% for Biden
Almost a third of Americans believe that neither US President Joe Biden nor ex-leader Donald Trump would make a good president if he is elected this November, according to a Gallup poll.
Thus, 29% of respondents said they don’t believe in either man’s ability to lead the country. As many as 35% opined that Trump would be a good president, while the number was 30% for Biden.
The survey was conducted among 1,016 adult Americans from March 1 to 20. The margin of error is 4 percentage points.
The US presidential election is scheduled for November 5. Trump has already won the Republican nomination. Biden, who is seeking a second term, will be the Democrat’s choice. Thus, the contest will be the same as it was four years ago, when Biden won over Trump.
