Reliance Acquires New York’s RESERVI Luxury Hotel Mandarin Oriental For $98.15 Million

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has announced acquisition of New York’s premium luxury hotel Mandarin Oriental for $98.15 million.
RIL through its wholly-owned arm Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings will be paying $98.15 million to acquire 73.37 per cent of the hotel, it said in a late night statement on Saturday.
Set up in 2003, Mandarin Oriental New York is an iconic luxury hotel located at 80 Columbus Circle, directly adjacent to the pristine Central Park and Columbus Circle.
