16-yr-old dies of cardiac arrest while playing online game PUBG
Furkan Qureshi of Neemuch died due to cardiac arrest while continuously playing mobile game PUBG on May 28, his parents told the doctor.

In a recent order by Bombay High Court, Union government was asked to look into PUBG Mobile and take necessary actions accordingly.
A 16-year-old boy has died of cardiac arrest in Neemuch town of Madhya Pradesh, allegedly after playing PUBG game on his mobile for six hours at a stretch, the boy’s father claimed on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Furkhan Qureshi, a student of standard 12.
According to Furkhan’s father, Harun Rashid Qureshi, the incident took place on May 28. “Furkhan started playing the game right after lunch and it continued for over six hours. Just before he collapsed, he became very agitated and started shouting at other players,” said Harun. Furkhan was rushed to a hospital, where he was declared dead.
“The boy was brought to the hospital without a pulse. We tried to revive him with electric shock and also injected him to revive his heart, but we failed in our attempt,” cardiologist Dr Ashok Jain, who examined Furkhan, said.
Furkan’s family told us that he was a swimmer, and did not have any previously-known heart ailments, Jain added.
