Sri Lanka to receive 600,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses from Indi
The first batch of Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccines from India is expected to arrive in Sri Lanka on January 27, President Gotabaya Rajapaksa said.
Accordingly, Sri Lanka will receive a consignment of 600,000 vials of Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccines free of charge from India.
The President revealed this while participating in the “Discussion with Villagers” program currently being held in the Walallavita area.
The seventh Discussion with Villagers Village’ program will be held today at the Yattapatha Junior College Grounds in the Walallawita Divisional Secretariat Division.
