Krushna Abhishek, who plays Kapil’s cousin, Sapna, on the show, recently shared a picture from the shoot on his Instagram, where he is seen all dolled up as a cabaret dancer. Apparently, he will perform on one of Helen’s iconic songs, Piyaa tu ab toh aajaa…
Along with the picture, Krushna shared with his followers how excited and happy he was while shooting for the act. “Was so happy giving the tribute to the legendary padmashree helan aunty on piya tu Ab toh aajaa ?it was really a pleasure having ashaji wahedaa ji and helan aunty on t k s s.”
Krushna has been winning everyone’s heart with his comic timing on the show. The actor is a treat to watch when he joins Kapil on stage as Sapna.
His signature line, ‘1 crore do na’ has also become quite popular with the celebrity guests.
While shooting for TKSS, Archana Puran Singh, who recently replaced Navjot SIngh Sidhu on the show, went on to reveal that she is in the industry because of Helen.
Archana said, “I am in this industry because of Helen ji. During my childhood, I was so attracted by her glamour that after watching her movies and dances, I used to run back home, wear a chunni and say that one day I will be on that screen.”
