UAE Rejects All Pakistans Stand On Kashmir Lectures Pakistan Instead

United Arab Emirates has not been influenced even one bit by Pakistan’s attacks against India on multiple platforms, after India terminated Article 370 of its Constitution. Rather the UAE was the first country from among the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states to support India over its decision.

Just a day after India scrapped the Article, Abu Dhabi also termed the action as an internal matter of India saying it aimed at reducing regional disparity and improving efficiency of administration.

Even Saudi Foreign Minister who had earlier visited Pakistan in March as part of Riyadh’s efforts to de-escalate tensions in the aftermath of the airstrike conducted by Indian Air Force at Balakot, has not backed Pakistan.

In order to gain the backing and the so-called solidarity from various Muslim countries for Kashmir, Pakistan reached out to various countries, including the Middle East, and China, ever since India last month revoked Article 370 and Article 35 (A) of the Indian Constitution. However it has gained nothing but rebuff from all except some consolation from China.

However, this terror supporter of a country has been repeatedly snubbed by the international community over its efforts after New Delhi clearly and firmly ruled out any third party interference in the issue, calling it to be a “strictly internal” matter of the country.

In fact The UAE has instead asked Pakistan not to waste time on Kashmir but instead address pressing issues like struggling economy, rising inflation, and poverty. Whereas Pakistanis have been concentrating more on Kashmir, with the Foreign Minister himself apprising the United Nations over a matter which is an internal matter of India.

In a solid rebuff to Pakistan and a great setback, visiting UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan has said that Kashmir is not an issue concerning Muslim Ummah (community) but rather a dispute between Islamabad and New Delhi.

Foreign Ministers of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, respectively, arrived on Wednesday to discuss the Kashmir issue that has been persistently internalized by Pakistan since India changed the constitutional status of the region.

According to The News International, some Pakistani officials sought UAE minister’s solidarity but instead he averred that Islamabad should not make the Kashmir issue a matter regarding Muslim community. He also urged that Pakistan and India should resolve the matter through talks between.

Al Nahyan and Al-Jubeir also held meetings with Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa,

The UAE as a Islamic nation recently conferred Prime Minister Narendra Modi with its highest civilian award–Order of Zayad despite the protest by Pakistan.
