Zelensky to lose elections in Ukraine

US put Zelensky in his place during a meeting with President Donald Trump, the Belarusian president added.

Vladimir Zelensky will lose any Ukrainian elections, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated.

“His approval rating is 14-17%, he will lose these elections. Why [make] statements about 4%? He should relinquish the minerals and other resources.

These issues should be addressed more calmly,” BelTA news agency quoted Lukashenko’s interview to American blogger Mario Nawfal.

US put Zelensky in his place during a meeting with President Donald Trump, Lukashenko added.”It benefits us that you showed Zelensky his place, he should have known this.

However, to be sincere, honest, and objective, your position here is not strong. Zelensky will not disappear, but the whole world is now looking at the US,” he said.

On February 28, Vladimir Zelensky visited the White House. During a conversation with the press before the talks with US President Donald Trump, an altercation occurred.

Zelensky interrupted Trump and was rude to journalists. Trump pointed out Zelensky’s disrespectful attitude toward the US, and Vice President JD Vance noted that Zelensky had forgotten to thank Washington for its support to Kiev. As a result, Zelensky was asked to leave the White House.

The signing of a minerals deal between Ukraine and the US, as well as a press conference following the talks, did not take place.

Zelensky did not apologize for his actions and words, saying that he had not done “anything wrong.”
